I really cannot fault the service we received from Sheffield Solid Surfaces. We had the full design and fit service with supply of furniture and appliances.
Initially we had approached Sheffield Solid Surfaces solely for worktop as our kitchen was being fitted by a large national retailer. Teegan was extremely knowledgeable about the vast range of worktops and was helpful and patient. When the design and fit went wrong with the original retailer I didn't hesitate to contact Sheffield Solid Surfaces for the full kitchen design and fit.
Our designer Richard listened to our requests and we discussed how the kitchen design would work. He explained everything thoroughly and tweaked the design as the process evolved. His many years of experience was evident as he advised us and he went out of his way to send us samples of worktop etc. to ensure that we would be happy with what we had selected.
The workmanship shown by Jon our fitter was second to none. He ensured that measurements were accurate and worked with great attention to detail. Throughout the fit we were kept informed and any snags were discussed with us. Jon was very clean and tidy when he worked, he arrived promptly when he said he would and checked that we were happy each day.
We were really happy with the worktop fit, which really transformed the kitchen. We were given care advice from Teegan which has been really useful.
The after sales service has been excellent. The team have not hesitated to rectify small snags without quibble.

Teegan and the team were very responsive and offered me lots of alternative option for the repair/replacement of my 26 year old Corian sink which had a hairline crack. Teegan showed extensive knowledge of the Corian product and I am happy to say the repair was a success.
